Professional learning services are available to agencies who wish to support their teams to learn about and implement the Design in Mind framework through a collaborative, hands-on experience. DiM certified trainers through the i3 Institute provide a range of customized professional learning services for teams, including:

Design in Mind Framework Overview
An introduction to the Design in Mind (DiM) framework. Participants will explore the framework, with an introducation to the step-by-step design process and opportunities to discuss strategies for implementation.

Design in Mind Institute
This three-day institute is an interactive and practical professional learning experience to support individuals and/or groups to learn more about and start implementing the Design in Mind framework. Participants will engage in the step-by-step process, using the DiM framework, strategies, and resources.

DiM Community of Practice (CoP)
An ongoing community of practice to deepen understanding and support implementation of the DiM framework, in a peer-to-peer, collaborative learning experience.

DiM Coaching
One-on-one coaching with a DiM certified coach. Tailored coaching uses a reflective and inquiry-based approach to support the practitioner to strengthen their implementation of the DiM framework.
